Mafubira Children's Development Care Center Ministry is a non-profitable non government organization that was started up in 2011 with a focus on the orphans who lost their parents to AIDS and other diseases and those who are vulnerable, afflicted one, abandoned by helping them regain their lost love of parents and in so doing it was started to help address the problems and needs of such children who have got no say and support. It was started by Mr Mukopi Samuel due to numerous numbers of people living in abject poverty and those who were in need.

 

We are also helping some widows and the very elderly who have no one to help them out to have the basic essentials of life like food, water and good shelter. We are a registered CBO operating in Jinja district in Uganda in one of the remote villages called Mafubira village where the survival of its residents is entirely based on agriculture done on local basis with no practical or improved farming system hence poor yields and in most cases are either enough for home use alone or not  even for home use leaving the farmers in total abject proverty.

 

• Give care and protection to vulnerable children through the foster parenting system.

• Assist the vulnerable children to acquire education such that they can compete favourably in a developing world.

• Support and promote good health and hygiene of the vulnerable children with in their immediate environment.

• Encourage children, youths and women to embrace values that can promote spiritual growth and moral uprightness.

• Set up income generating activities that will assist the organisation to move to self sustainability and to equip the children with associated skills.
